The Role

Work closely with a Head of Production to manage projects combining creative direction and production, act as the link between clients and the team, and ensure rigorous operational follow-up in an international team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in client and internal meetings
- Understand and structure client briefs
- Translate needs into actionable tasks for the team
- Organize projects in Notion (tasks, tracking, scheduling)
- Coordinate the team and monitor daily progress
- Ensure deadlines are met and anticipate potential bottlenecks
- Manage budgets, quotes, and invoicing

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with operational follow-up and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent in French and English
- Motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
