Your main focus will be shop-drawing submittals: creating them in PROCORE, routing them for review, and tracking the status until final approval. At the same time, I need quick, well-documented responses to incoming RFIs so field crews never wait on information.
We rely on PROCORE’s standard templates, so there’s no time lost hunting for formats—just open, populate, and push them through the correct workflow. Familiarity with PROCORE dashboards, automated reminders, and custom filters will be key to keeping the team constantly informed.
Deliverables I expect:
• All current and future shop-drawing submittals entered, coded, and assigned to reviewers
• A live, easy-to-read tracking log showing each submittal’s status and aging
• Complete, professional RFI responses posted within agreed turnaround times
