PMP Manager for Legal Bids
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are preparing several large-scale bids for legal translation and interpretation contracts and need a certified PMP to keep the process on track from kickoff to submission. Your primary focus will be team coordination—aligning linguists, DTP specialists, and compliance reviewers across multiple time zones—so every section of each proposal is ready long before the deadline.
You’ll build and maintain a realistic project schedule, assign owners for technical, pricing, and past-performance sections, and step in quickly if scope, staffing, or compliance risks appear. Because these bids center on legal content and hearings, strict version control and confidentiality protocols are essential; experience managing sensitive documentation is a plus.
Deliverables I need from you:
• Detailed project plan with milestones, RACI chart, and risk register
• Weekly dashboard summarizing progress, blockers, and mitigation steps
• Final compliance matrix confirming every RFP requirement is met before submission
