What I need is your valid PMP credential so I can reference it in the bid documents, pre-qualification forms, and any follow-up compliance checks. You will not be asked to run the projects or offer hands-on support once the contracts are awarded; the requirement is strictly for certification usage during the tender stage.
Scope
• Verify your PMP status through PMI’s online registry and supply a high-resolution scan of your certificate.
• Sign a brief authorization letter allowing my company to list you as the designated Project Manager in proposals for the next twelve months.
• Remain available via email or phone should the client’s procurement team need to confirm the credential during evaluation. No project participation beyond that point is expected.
Acceptance Criteria

2. Authorization letter delivered in editable format and on your professional letterhead.
3. Response to any credential-verification inquiry within one business day during the bid window.
