PMO Specialist Needed

I need an expert to set up a Program Management Office (PMO) aimed at enhancing project delivery for business transformation projects.

Key Focus Areas:
- Risk Management: Develop strategies to identify and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Improve communication channels and processes.
- Defining and Packaging Tourism Programs for Funding: Create clear, attractive program definitions for potential funders.
- Develop a Master Project Plan blue print with milestones and track progress
- Visual Dashboards to illustrate opportunities and tracking progress towards set targets
