I am looking for a skilled professional to create three key diagrams for the Project Management Office (PMO) for small company. These diagrams will help us visualise the structure, processes, and escalation points within our PMO framework. The deliverables include:
-PMO Organisational Structure Diagram
The diagram should show the roles within our PMO, including the PMO Head, Project Managers, Coordinators, and other key team members. It should also illustrate how the PMO collaborates with other internal teams.
-PMO Process Flow Diagram
This diagram should outline the project management process within our PMO, highlighting stages such as Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing. It should also emphasise escalation points where issues should be escalated to higher management.
-RACI Matrix for PMO Responsibilities
The RACI matrix should clarify who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed for key PMO activities like project initiation, status reporting, risk management, and budget management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating process diagrams, organisational charts, and RACI matrices.
Ability to understand and visualise PMO processes and structures.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
