PMC Needed for Steel Dormitory
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m moving forward with a G + 3 dormitory—roughly 125 rooms—built entirely with prefabricated steel members and drywall partitions. I need a Project Management Consultant who can steer the job from pre-construction through hand-over, making sure every decision serves one overriding goal: rock-solid functionality.
Here’s what the role covers:
• Pre-construction planning: validate the schematic layout, create a detailed master schedule, and sequence the off-site fabrication so on-site work never stalls.
• Cost and contract control: break the overall cost into clear milestones, vet suppliers for the steel framing, drywall systems, fire-rated doors, and MEP packages, then track variations in real time.
• Technical coordination: work closely with the structural and MEP designers to integrate elevators for full vertical accessibility, and confirm that all components meet local codes and manufacturer specs.
• Quality & safety oversight: establish inspection checkpoints for welding, bolt tightening, drywall finishing, and acoustic treatments; enforce EHS standards on site.
• Handover & documentation: assemble as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates, and a final punch-list sign-off.
