Organizer Needed for International Beauty Pageant Video Project
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 SGD
We need 10 contestants, 7 segments, 70 short videos for a new international beauty pageant. We are looking for a talented and well-connected freelancer to fully manage and deliver this short video project - from contestant recruitment to video production and coordination.
You will be responsible for finding contestants, guiding them through submissions, and producing a total of 70 short videos (approx. 59 seconds each) following the provided themes and guidelines. This is a full project management and creative coordination role - ideal for someone with experience in beauty pageants or social media video campaigns.
Your Responsibilities:
• Recruit 10 female contestants (good or fluent in English, ages 18–25 preferred) for the project
• Guide contestants on photo or video submissions for each of the 7 themed segments
• Produce and deliver 70 short videos (~59 seconds each)
• Ensure consistent branding, tone, and quality across all videos
• Manage communication, submissions, and delivery milestones
• Provide basic progress updates per milestone
Deliverables:
• 10 contestants × 7 segments = 70 short videos (~59 seconds each)
• Each batch of 10 videos counts as one milestone
Payment Terms:
• Total Project Budget: $1,500 (negotiable)
• Milestones: 7 total, each covering 10 videos ($140-170 per milestone)
• Payment will be released upon approval of each batch
Requirements:
• Already have a network of models, students, or influencers who can act as contestants
• Proven experience in pageant coordination, influencer management, or digital campaign production
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic video editing and understanding of short-form video platforms.
Preferred:
• Prior involvement in beauty pageants, modeling or online competition projects
