Organize and resolve CEO's backlog of information, tasks, and emails
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
-- The Project --
The CEO of our small business has a backlog of several thousand items in his work stream. These communications, tasks, and information items need to be documented, prioritized, routed, and/or filed.
These items are managed in a variety of ways: in Clickup, in Sharepoint, in Excel, and on paper. The job is to clear the backlog.
If you/your team is effective with this project, it can be repeated indefinitely.
Experience with Sharepoint, Office 365, and/or Clickup would help you/your team accomplish this work more efficiently but is not required. Please let us know about your relevant experience, if any.
-- Your Proposal --
1. When you apply, please include this information:
Rate your capability on a scale of 0-10, with 0 being no knowledge and 10 being a master, with the following tools. (Experience is helpful but not required.)
Word
Excel
Powerpoint
Sharepoint
Outlook
Clickup (task management system)
2. Can you provide regular frequent meeting times to ask/answer questions about workstream items? How often? (i.e. twice a day, daily, every weekday except Thursday, etc.) Can the touchpoint schedule be consistent, or will it change from week to week?
3. When can you begin this project? Will you be able to work on it daily/weekly? Are there any days/weeks that the work will be paused due to other projects, self/staff vacation, etc.?
4. Who will work on this project: you, someone who reports to you, or various team members?
5. Are you available for in-person coordination from time to time in Dallas Texas near downtown? If so, how often? (e.g. Never, weekly, monthly)
-- The Company --
Our company helps nonprofits solve important community challenges in sustainable ways. Our current projects include:
Building a 300-home residential community that is designed inclusively for people of all abilities, including those with intellectual disabilities.
Creating a retail play center to generate income for a nonprofit whose mission is to "build stronger, healthier families through education, resources, and mentoring."
Developing a unique financing capacity for a nonprofit that provides training and capital to women entrepreneurs who lack access to resources.
We are a very small team (3 people in our core team, 7 when including our partners).
-- You --
We are looking for an individual or company that is reliable, consistent, and detail oriented.
Please only apply if you are available and committed to complete a project that will take weeks to months to complete.
Ideally work on the project will be performed consistently for about 10-15 hours weekly with regular touchpoints to ensure the project is on track.
