Orchard Barns

We are looking for a professional project manager to oversee the interior fitout of our premises at Orchard Barns, Tendring. Essex. We have a specific design in mind and will require assistance with the interior fitout, along with any repairs that may be necessary. The project timeline is expected to be 3 - 4 months. The property is an existing 13 year old agricultural barn which now has permission for business use. Our existing business is based in a smaller business unit 4 miles away. We are an Antiques & Vintage retail warehouse business. The new premises has an interior foot print of 3700 sq.ft. At present the building is an empty shell. We intend to install a partition wall to divide the space into two roughly equal sections and install mezzanine floors in both sections. Interior fitout will include toilets and small kitchens, lighting, ring main sockets thoughout the whole building and interior construction of a large reception area and individual sectioned areas for our resident dealers to display their stock.
