Operations and Website Optimization Project Manager
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Looking for an Operations + Website / video editing Optimization Project Manager (Part-Time Trial, $200/mo)
I run a growing creative brand with multiple divisions (DJ bookings, modeling agency, content creation, and studio rentals). I currently have two $4/hr virtual assistants handling basic execution tasks:
– Outreach
– Emails & follow-ups
– Video editing
– Website formatting & implementation
– Uploads & revisions
I’m looking for an experienced project manager who can oversee quality, guide the team, and handle higher-level optimization work.
Your Role (Leadership + Strategy):
• Improve website structure, SEO, and conversion flow
• Create SOPs for the existing VAs
• Assign tasks and ensure correct implementation
• Review and approve the VAs’ video edits, website changes, and outreach formatting
• Identify weaknesses in the brand’s systems and streamline them
• Light creative direction when needed (but NOT doing VA-level tasks)
You WILL NOT be doing:
• Manual outreach
• Video editing
• Basic posting
• Repetitive execution tasks
Those are handled by the $4/hr VAs.
Your job is to guide, optimize, and lead.
Trial Run:
$200 for 25 hours this month
If the trial goes well, this becomes long-term with higher pay.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong with SEO, funnels, process improvement, and delegating
• Can take initiative and run operations without hand-holding
• Has experience managing VAs or small teams
• Communicates clearly and consistently
• Understands branding, user experience, and optimization
