Operations Right Hand to a Growth-Agency Founder (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)
I built this agency and I run sales - that's where I'm at my best and where the business grows. The problem: too much of my time goes to assigning tasks, checking quality, and chasing follow-ups. I'm looking for one trusted person to take all of that off my plate so I can stay in front of clients.
This is a high-trust role. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving while I sell - and the more I can rely on you, the bigger this role becomes.
>Your Mission
You create urgency and protect momentum across every client deliverable, so nothing stalls and nothing misses a deadline. The measure of your success is simple: I stop having to check on things, because I know you've got it.
>What You'll Do
- Hold the whole operational picture - always know what's moving, what's stuck, and what's at risk.
- Drive deliverables to the finish line: published, or sent to the client for approval.
- Step in the moment something stalls - re-prioritize, unblock people, or fill the gap yourself.
- Be the buffer between me, the team, and clients - turning frustration and pressure into calm, professional momentum.
- Keep me confident with 4 short updates a day, and bring me only the decisions that genuinely need me - batched, not one at a time.
>Who I'm Looking For
- Someone I can trust completely. You take ownership and I never have to wonder if it's handled.
- Warm and steady under pressure. You make stressed people - me included - feel handled.
- High judgment. You solve internally first and escalate well, with the ask, the why, and the timeline impact.
- Low-ego. You're energized by making the team and me successful, not by being in the spotlight.
>The Opportunity
This starts as keeping operations on track. As trust grows, so does the scope - this is the kind of role that becomes indispensable.
>How To Apply
- A short intro (5–8 sentences): a time you became the person a leader relied on, and what you did to earn that trust.
- A 2-minute answer: A teammate hasn't replied to an urgent request in 30 minutes, a client is frustrated in an email thread, and I'm in back-to-back sales calls. Walk me through exactly what you do, in order.
If being someone's trusted right hand is the work you do best, I'd love to hear from you.
