Operations Manager for Digital Marketing Agency (Full-Time, EST)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency serving service-based businesses (med spas, dental, home services and similar niches) and are looking for a full-time Operations Manager who can own day-to-day coordination, QA and team accountability.
You must be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Run daily operations for the agency (projects, tasks, deadlines, priorities).
Coordinate between media buyers, developers, designers and account managers to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Manage tasks and workflows in tools like Jira or similar project management platforms.
Perform QA checks on campaigns, funnels and landing pages (correct links, tracking, forms, routing, basic functionality).
Monitor active campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) and flag issues such as overspends, disapprovals, tracking or form problems.
Prepare end-of-day summaries and ensure owners have visibility on what is done, pending and blocked.
Help enforce processes, checklists and SOPs so the team follows a consistent standard.
Requirements:
Proven experience as Operations Manager, Project Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency or online business.
Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello or similar).
Comfortable working with performance marketing / paid ads teams (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.).
Detail-oriented and strong at QA, spotting issues before they reach the client.
Able to work full-time, 40 hours/week.
Must be available to work 9am–6pm EST (no exceptions).
Nice to have (not mandatory):
Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Zapier, basic HTML/CSS or funnel builders.
Prior experience in US-based agencies or working with US clients.
How to apply:
Please start your proposal with the word OPSMAN-EST and briefly answer:
What agency/ops role have you done before and for how long?
Which project management and communication tools have you used day to day?
Are you able to work 9am–6pm EST, Monday to Friday, long term?
We are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of the team and help us scale from our current client base to the next level
