Operations Executive / With WEB Development background

Our company is looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the development process, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, managing contractors, and overseeing operations. The ideal candidate for this role has a background in development, is knowledgeable in SEO and marketing strategies such as Facebook ads, posts, and hashtags, and has experience with WordPress, bug testing, design, and project management.



Responsibilities:
• Manage the development process, ensure that all tasks are completed on time, and oversee operations
• Work with contractors to ensure that the development is done and the work is completed without any bugs
• Create PowerPoint presentations based on the desired outcome
• Work with SEO agencies to ensure that weekly and monthly goals are achieved
• Work with writers to ensure that articles are written and delivered on time, following the provided guidelines
• Work with marketing and social media teams to ensure that the brand guidelines are followed, the right number of posts are made, and that we are gaining followers
• Provide access to specific people for our social media and website
• Manage and oversee the operations team



Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in development, SEO, marketing, WordPress, bug testing, design, and project management3
• A go getter and knows how to get what they need DONE AND ON TIME!
• High-level organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Trustworthy and looking for a long-term job
• Available to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week on a European time schedule.
