Operations Efficiency Enhancement

We are a growing brand and website design agency looking for a savvy virtual project / operations manager to help run and coordinate our projects.

We require someone who has experience in:
* Workflow management
* Resource planning and management
* Budgeting
* Process improvement across project life cycles
* Technology management (including agency operations management software)
* Client & Vendor relationships
* Performance tracking

Your job will be to:
* Manage projects from creation (proposal stage) through to final handover
* Setup streamlined communications in HubSpot and Scoro
* Develop an operations process for better managment of projects
* Liaise with clients to collect design feedback
* Ensure projects stick to scope, identify scope creep
* Identify when new contractors are needed for work fulfilment

We are looking for someone who can work in a part time capacity 2-3 hours per day or every other day initially. The right candidate will ideally become a fulltime employee.

We are based in Perth, Western Australia - so candidate needs to be able to work in our timezone.
