Operational Branch Manager (India)

We are searching for a responsible person - Operational Branch Manager with Data annotation experience, who is able to manage Team leads and annotators (over 50 HC). This is a Top management role in one of Indian cities and a middle management position in a company organizational structure.

Responsibilities:
-Manage all Crowd in India Branch;
-Meet annotations Quality Target;
-Reporting, analysis of indicators and their analytics
-Ensuring the implementation of the KPI of the project interaction with other divisions and areas of the company within the framework of work
-Team management and coordination participate in hiring new employees;
-Managing a team of operations specialists to improve the efficiency
-Staff onboarding;
-Manage location inventories (PCs, Tables, Chairs and others).

Requirements for professional skills and knowledge:
-English Advanced
- 2+ experience in Data annotation projects at the position Team Lead/ Project or Program Manager/ Operation Manager/ Branch Manager.
-Schedule in accordance with the country of the customer
-Excel, PowerPoint - proficient user
