Onsite Production Order Management

I am looking for a freelancer with Mechanical Engineering back ground ( Engineering workshop / production shop floor management experience of 8-30 years) to help me with my "Onsite" Production Order Management project. Project Site location is Pirangut Pune India. My primary goal is to increase efficiency and improve the overall order tracking and status updates. To work based on plan and daily review on VC / Call /Mail . I have an existing system that needs improvement and would like to hire someone who can help me with this. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing and improving such systems. The specific tasks that I want the is to handle order tracking , finding bottlenecks , suggesting solutions and status updates. Additionally, I would like the person to co ordinate on shop floor and push people for better efficiency . You are expected to work on site 15 days per month as per discussed schedule for more than 5 months . You are expected to sign and honor NDA . Willing to travel in India if required . Remuneration will be INR 40000 / month ( 15 days on site / 15 Days off )
