Non-Fiction Book Launch Coordinator Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
Launch Coordinator for Non-Fiction Book (4-Week Sprint) Budget: Fixed Price ($500–$1,000) or Hourly ($20–$40/hr) Role: I am a Data Scientist launching a book on productivity (Parallel Productivity). I have the strategy; I need you to execute the logistics for my Launch Team.
Responsibilities:
"Vanguard" Logistics: Manage the Google Form applications for the Launch Team. Filter candidates based on my criteria (active Amazon account, etc.).
Asset Distribution: Ensure every team member gets the "Vanguard Bundle" (PDF + NotebookLM Audio + Notion Template) immediately upon acceptance.
Review Tracking: On Launch Day, manually check Amazon for reviews from the team and follow up with those who haven't posted yet.
Dream 100 Data Entry: Find contact info for 20 specific micro-influencers (I will provide the list of names/channels).
Requirements:
Experience with Notion (to manage the tracker).
Comfortable with WhatsApp/Discord moderation (keeping the launch group focused).
Zero Tolerance for Fluff: I don't need "engagement strategies." I need logistics executed.
