I need someone who can step in from 22:00 to 06:00 Moscow time and act as the heartbeat of the operation while the daytime team rests. Every night you will be the first point of contact for incoming client messages, a fast but thoughtful drafter of proposals (client, grant, and business-development), and the steady hand that keeps tasks flowing without bottlenecks. Clear, polished English and the ability to jump between strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution are essential.
What you’ll hand over to me each morning:
• Completed or updated proposals ready for review and send-off.
• A concise activity log of every client interaction with next steps noted.
• Any administrative updates—files organised, data entered, meetings scheduled—so nothing slips when the day team logs in.
The base pay is $150 per month with performance bonuses tied to proposal wins and overall client satisfaction.
