Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I run a small, fast-growing operation that needs dependable cover during the Moscow night shift (22:00–06:00). I’m offering a base of $150 per month plus performance bonuses to a mid-level (3–5 years) project manager who can keep our momentum going while the rest of the team sleeps.
Your core responsibilities are clear:
• Draft and submit Client proposals, Grant proposals and Business development proposals.
• Speak with new and existing clients, guiding them through next steps and gathering requirements.
• Handle assorted administrative tasks that keep projects moving smoothly.
You should already feel comfortable juggling several open threads at once, writing polished English, and switching effortlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on follow-through.
