New Group & Event Merge
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a Facebook page that promotes local community events. I now need to:
• Create a fresh Facebook Group that is properly linked to the existing page.
• Move two already–scheduled events from the page into this new Group.
• Combine those two events into a single, consolidated event without losing any attendee lists, likes, comments, photos or engagement metrics.
• Trim the merged event so only the relevant description, images and schedule section remain.
Preserving every piece of data is non-negotiable; the final event must show the exact participant count and all historical interaction.
You will coordinate directly with a colleague who has full admin rights—once introduced, you’ll receive the permissions you need. Please be fully comfortable working inside Meta Business Suite, Facebook Events Manager and Group settings, and be able to provide a short outline of how you will safeguard data during the merge.
