Need a mentor to help me become technical project manager

I am not a computer science/ engineering graduate. However, I have been working in PMO for 11 years. I have a good understanding of project management but lack in understanding technical language and feel lost in such meetings. I need to learn how to be part of technical discussions. This is a major roadblock in my career at the moment.
I would appreciate it if someone can help me by making me do things, like running a dummy project with me and mentoring me on how to do things.
