Need ServiceNow ITBM expert to advise on how to make specific changes to Agile boards, etc. (Project management module)

We are currently adopting SNOW for the ITBM and ITSM modules. We are looking for someone who is experienced in understanding what is possible to configure in SNOW for our requirements (list available once). We would like to work with an individual or team who can show us how to configure it to our needs.
A lot of these questions are about Agile boards.
