Responsibilities
Communicate with applicants and developers via chat and calls
Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
Explain project details and company opportunities to candidates
Manage recruitment-related communication and follow-ups
Coordinate with management and development teams
Assist with onboarding new team members
Maintain organized records of applicants and communications
Support community outreach and hiring campaigns
