Need a Chief operating officer for a blockchain project

I am looking for a Chief Operating Officer with leadership and management skills to join my blockchain project for a duration of more than a year. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain, financial acumen, and experience in project management. The key responsibilities for the Chief Operating Officer will be focused on project management, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of the project. Additionally, the COO will be responsible for overseeing the team and providing guidance and leadership throughout the project. This is a full time work.
