Municipal Infrastructure Development Schedule

I'm in need of a detailed construction schedule for a municipal infrastructure development project. The ideal freelancer for this job should have:
- Proven track record in creating construction schedules
- Strong knowledge in infrastructure development projects, preferably municipal in nature
- The ability to deliver within a tight timeframe of less than 6 months
- Excellent project management skills to accurately estimate the timeframe of each stage of the project
The nature and scope of the work will primarily revolve around infrastructure development; building construction will not be included. If you have these skills and experience, I'd love to hear from you!
