We are launching our cutting-edge software in early May, and we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and versatile Project Associate / PA to join our team for an unforgettable 30-day mission. This is your chance to work directly with our CEO and be the boots-on-the-ground force behind a major international launch.
The Mission (4 Weeks in Mumbai)
Week 1 (Prep & Lead Gen): Get the engines running! Prepare marketing materials, collect high-quality leads, and collaborate online with our CEO to coordinate the big launch event with local staff.
Week 2 (Outreach & Arrival): Hit the phones and keyboards! Send invitations via calls, email, and WhatsApp. Confirm attendees and welcome our CEO to Mumbai, acting as his right-hand person for various setup tasks.
Week 3 (Event & Execution): It’s showtime! Take an active part in the events, handle immediate follow-ups, and manage the CEO’s schedule as a dedicated PA during the busiest days.
Week 4 (Closing & Growth): Focus on the finish line. Visit customers, conduct final follow-ups, and help sign deals to secure our market presence.
Who You Are
A Natural Networker: You are outgoing, always smiling, and can talk to anyone. You represent our brand with confidence.
The Ultimate Organizer: You can handle 10 tasks at once without losing focus. You are proactive—you don't wait for instructions; you find solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). If you know your way around WordPress and Social Media, that’s a huge plus!
Real Estate Knowledge (Bonus): Experience as a broker, agent, or in real estate administration is a major advantage, though not a requirement.
Mumbai Local: You must be based in Mumbai and ready for a mix of online and physical on-site work.
