Multiple Programming Projects for Someone who has a Client Profile

I need a freelancer who has a client profile here and on other platforms. So we will be doing multiple projects and you can outsource them using your client profiles and keep your cut. So I basically want a manager who knows a little about technical projects but knows how to get things done and how to utilize talent from all the various freelance platforms. So that if you don't find a professional in a specific niche here then you can look on other platforms but keep all communication, project files and transactions here.
