Multimedia Operations Project Manager Needed

Job ID: 40061146

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I’m looking for a single point of contact who can keep our creative and digital initiatives running smoothly. On any given week you’ll be coordinating deliverables from our video editors, tracking website updates with the dev team, prioritising graphics requests for campaigns, and making sure social content rolls out on schedule.

Success here is all about organisation and clear communication. You’ll translate broad goals into actionable task lists, set realistic deadlines, follow up with each specialist, and flag obstacles before they slow us down. I already have capable creatives in place; what I need is someone who can see the bigger picture, keep everyone aligned, and report progress to me in plain language.

Key tools we rely on include Trello (or similar project boards), Slack for daily check-ins, Google Drive for shared assets, and basic analytics dashboards to verify that web changes and social pushes are performing as intended. If you have a preferred stack that does the same job better, I’m open to suggestions—just be ready to implement it without disrupting ongoing work.

Primary areas you’ll oversee
• Video editing workflow: brief clarification, rough-cut approvals, final file delivery
• Website maintenance: task tickets for developers, QA sign-off, uptime checks
• Graphic design queue: prioritisation, brand-guide adherence, file handoff to the team
• Social media calendar: post scheduling, asset collection, performance summaries

Deliverables I expect each week
1. A succinct status report covering tasks in progress, blockers, and wins
2. Updated project board with realistic due dates and clear ownership
3. Recommendations for process improvements or resource needs

If you have a background juggling multiple creative streams and can demonstrate how you’ve kept teams on time and on brand, let’s talk.
