100% milestone – released only when all work is 100% completed and approved by me.

Project Scope
I need one experienced freelancer to handle the complete formatting and publishing of a novel in three languages:

English – text ready (final, corrected)

Spanish – text ready (final, corrected)

French – needs final corrections (I will provide the correction list)

Deliverables
For each language:

1. Files
Validated EPUB file (ready for upload)

Print-ready PDF (Amazon KDP specifications)

2. Publications
Amazon KDP (.com, .es, .fr)

Google Play Books

Kobo

Draft2Digital (for Apple Books)

3. Final Handover
Metadata + keywords + BISAC categories entered correctly

Full dashboard access for all platforms

Summary of steps taken and settings used

Accounts Information
I do NOT have accounts on Amazon KDP, Google Play Books, Kobo, or Draft2Digital yet.

The freelancer will guide me step by step through the account creation process.

All accounts will be created in my name, with my email, and I will keep full control.

The freelancer will help with the setup but will not have access to my passwords or financial information.

No personal or financial information will be shared (you do not need my ID, bank details, or tax info).

Milestone will be placed before you start, but only released when:

All EPUB and PDF files are reviewed and approved by me

All books are live on all platforms (Amazon, Google Play, Kobo, D2D)

I receive full dashboard access and a summary of steps

French is included in the price.
