Multi-Family Home Stock Estimator

I have a full set of construction drawings for a new multi-family development and need precise material take-offs so I can order stock with confidence and keep costs under control. Your task is to review the plans in detail and produce clear quantity schedules for every item normally required at this stage—framing, concrete work, finishes, fixtures and any other components you routinely cover when pricing projects of this size.

I will forward the PDFs and CAD files as soon as we agree on scope. From there, accuracy is the priority: counts and volumes must line up with the drawings, match typical waste factors and be presented in an organised spreadsheet that I can hand straight to suppliers.

Please highlight the depth of your estimating experience with comparable multi-family or light-commercial builds when you respond. If you use specialised tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Cubit or CostX, let me know, though a solid manual method is fine so long as the numbers are reliable.

Deliverable:
