Moscow Travel Research Interview Coordinator

Description:
We are carrying out an international qualitative research study related to the travel and pilgrimage industry, in collaboration with a globally recognized research firm.
We are seeking a local professional in Moscow to help us reach travel agencies that organize religious or group tours (including pilgrimage-related travel).
Your Responsibilities:
Identify and contact 10–12 travel agencies in or around Moscow.
Speak directly with owners or senior managers to present the purpose of a confidential industry discussion.
Obtain confirmation from at least 5 agencies for an online interview.
Assist with scheduling and communication between the research team and the participants.
Interview Information (for the agencies):
Conducted online (via Zoom/Teams).
Duration: 120–150 minutes.
Discussion topic: Challenges and opportunities in religious and pilgrimage-related travel.
A senior Saudi travel authority representative will attend, allowing participants to voice their feedback directly to policymakers influencing future travel facilitation.
Requirements:
Based in Moscow (or can easily connect with Moscow-based travel agencies).
Fluent in Russian and English (basic level).
Experience in travel, research, or business communication preferred.
Ability to engage and persuade senior decision-makers.
Project Duration:
Approx. 2–3 weeks.
