Modern Interior Design Project Management -- 3
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a local project manager based in Kuala Lumpur preferably with a background in modern interior design to help oversee the design and fit out of my home in Ampang. Specifically the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and garden.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be based in Kuala Lumpur to be able to visit the work site when required
- Have extensive experience in modern interior design
- Possess strong project management skills
- Be able to coordinate with various interior designers and vendors
- Have a keen eye for detail
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with property management for necessary permits
- Work with the owner to oversee the design process
- Edit and update CAD based design drawings
- Work with contractors to ensure fit out work is carried out and completed as required
- Ensure the project stays on schedule
- Communicating with all stakeholders
