10-Minute English Typing Exam

I need a ready-to-use English typing test that I can include in my hiring process. The exam must run for exactly 10 minutes, use continuous paragraphs as the text, and be calibrated so that candidates who type between 30 – 40 words per minute can finish comfortably while faster typists still feel challenged.
What I expect from you:
• A clean master file (Word or Google Doc) containing the passage(s) to be copied, clearly marked with start/stop instructions.
• A companion sheet explaining the scoring method, including the simple formula for words-per-minute and an accuracy check so I can see both speed and error rate at a glance.
• Brief proctoring instructions telling my team how to administer the exam in an office or remote setting.
Keep the language in the passage professional yet neutral—this is for a general office role, so no industry jargon. Total word count should sit in the 320-400 range to match the 10-minute window at 30-40 wpm.
If you have a lightweight online timer or WPM calculator you like, feel free to suggest it, though a self-contained document is my minimum requirement. Once delivered, I’ll run a quick test on my end; as long as the timing and scoring align with the 30-40 wpm target, the project is complete.
