As from what I know all the tables should be included in the same MS project sheet. Except the table 2 because you can see they have mentioned there “Important: Do not create column for PSID Successor, Relationship or Lag. The column listed below are for use in producing the network only.” The information is to be added in the network making.
Requirement: Need Sub-mit a report in MS Word and the MS project file before (Microsoft project). The
MS word file should contain
(a) the network having one cell per node showing only the Pg81D.
(b) table showing the WBS, Task Name, duration, Relationship, start, finish, Resource, total cost, % complete, BCWS , BCWP and ACWP for each activities. Identify the url or other source of information to classify the activities under the WBS.
(c) the manual computation of SV, CV, SPI and CPI for activity Pg81D 05. Compare it with MS PROJECT values.
(d) table showing individual resource usage for each activity . Explain which resource would you consider increasing the maximum amount available per day. How would that improve the performance of the project in terms of schedule and cost ?
(e) the filtered result for instructions 12 and 13 and the filter dialog box instructions used. (f) all workings, MS Project result, assumptions made and sources of information used but not given here.
