Microsoft 365/TEAMS for Social Service institution management
Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD
Hi we are looking to control quality at a facility that manages people with disabilities.
We would like to have a MS365/Teams interface that can do the following:
1 - Manage Processes and flows with approval gates to submission to archiving
2 - Manage the work schedule - Who is working when; punch in and punch out; Identification of when no one is planned (critical if 24 hrs on site presence is required)
3 - Periodic Task Management to ressources (whether daily, monthly, Annually...) and Task management with visibility on status (Planned, Ongoing, completed, onhold, delayed) and timing
4 - DASHBOARD 1 for on site institution with KPI's - Access to all ressources on site
- Food menu of the day,
- Planned visits or doctor appointments,
- Special events and activities
- Safety Log
5 - DASHBOARD 2 for Operational performance (for Management only)
- Task Flow Activity and in 1 and status
- Process Flow Activity in 1 and status
