Microsoft Project Software help

In a few weeks, I will need to create a CPM Schedule for a Construction project. I can provide the logic (tasks, durations, successors & predecessors) but I am in need of someone to create the CPM schedule & then help with monthly updates during the months of April to September 2022. Attached are my clients requirements. I will not be ready to move forward with the CPM schedule until Jan 2022 but i wish to select a partner by end of December
