Microsoft Project Schedule for Residential Fit-out

I need an expert Engineer to create a Microsoft Project schedule for a residential fit-out project.
The planner must have Fit-out experience so he can understand the standard dependencies and relations between the Project activities
The primary objective of this schedule is to effectively track the project's progress.
From My side:
* I will provide BOQ and DWG for the project
* we will have an initial meeting so I can explain the project activities and my expectations
From the Planner Side :
- Create Work Breakdown Structure
- Determine dependencies.
- Sequence Project Activities
- Agree with me on the Activities Duration
- Develop the Project Schedule
Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in the Microsoft Projects Program and experience in fit-out Project scheduling. A background in residential construction will be a significant advantage. Please bid only if you can deliver a comprehensive and precise schedule.
