I'm seeking a professional to help me explore Microsoft's project planning tools, primarily Planner, and their relevant licensing requirements. Our projects are not overly complex but do require a few key specifications. If planner is not the correct applicaton we are happy to use project or project online, but are finiding where one stops and one starts quite confusing.
