Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Project Manager

I am looking to do some cool and special things with this project and looking for someone who wants to take us there. This is a rapidly growing large sized business that would be a good project for any resume. The complexity lies in the underlying CRM systems and getting data out of the tables into BC and available for use. I have the outlines of the plan, but I need someone to execute and make the plan better.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Integration Project Manager to spearhead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and additional data platforms at National Services Group (NSG). This pivotal role combines a deep understanding of Business Central with exceptional project management capabilities, facilitating collaboration with diverse teams to enhance financial and operational data workflows.
Speed is very important but also high quality integration and an optimal plan is required.
Project Planning and Execution
- Craft a detailed project strategy that includes milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations for the Business Central integration initiative.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conducting data audits and integrating systems to training users and launching the solution.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT, Finance, Operations, and external partners, to ensure the successful implementation of all integration elements.
Data Migration and Integration
- Lead the migration of data from multiple CRM systems, MySQL databases, and legacy platforms into Business Central, prioritizing data integrity and consistency.
- Oversee the creation of data pipelines, ETL processes, and integration solutions using tools such as Dataverse and Power Automate, or direct connections, based on the established strategy.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during the integration process to minimize disruptions and ensure a seamless transition.
Workflow Automation and Process Enhancement
- Develop and implement automated workflows for key processes, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and financial reporting through Power Automate.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize existing business processes, driving improvements in operational efficiency across the organization.
- Supervise the creation of custom applications utilizing the Power Platform to facilitate integration and enhance workflow efficiencies.
