I am looking for ONE freelancer to manage a phone-based micro-job system that creates small, genuine jobs for people in India.

This project focuses on very simple phone-based confirmation/verification tasks.
The goal is to create ethical, non-exploitative work for people while building a long-term, sustainable system.

This is NOT a salaried job.
This is a long-term revenue-share role.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
- Small tasks involve making phone calls using a fixed script
- Each call confirms simple information (Yes/No type)
- Workers are paid per completed task
- Clients pay per verified task

MY ROLE:
- I provide the initial capital (₹5,000)
- I own the system, brand, and payment flow
- All client payments come directly to me
- I handle freelancer payout after revenue is generated

YOUR ROLE:
- Handle full operations and execution
- Find and onboard workers (no fees from workers)
- Train workers using simple scripts
- Find clients who need phone-based confirmation work
- Ensure quality, fairness, and transparency
- Provide clear reporting of tasks completed

PAYMENT MODEL:
- No upfront salary or advance payment
- Initial goal is recovery of my ₹5,000 capital
- After capital recovery, profit will be shared (40–50%)
- Long-term collaboration if pilot is successful
