Mechanical/Piping Site Engineer Needed Urgently

I am in need of a site engineer who has a strong background in mechanical, Steam Systems and piping related work, specifically for equipment installation, pipe fabrication, and steam system installation & inspection. The project is expected to take approximately 3-4 months and involves a wide scope of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the project, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety standards.
- Delivery of Materials: You will need to source some materials & co-ordinate with vendors for delivery of materials needed for the project. Experience in procurement within the industrial sector is highly desired.
- Installation and Assembly: The successful candidate will be hands-on in overseeing the installation and assembly of equipment and piping systems, ensuring quality and safety.
- Customer Relations: To maintain a good and professional relationship with the site engineers & customer team. Update them regarding activities, keep things smooth and manage the customer.
- Testing and Commissioning: Finally, you will be expected to carry out thorough testing and commissioning of the systems to ensure they are fully operational and meet the project standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing and executing similar projects, especially in industrial settings.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in equipment installation and pipe fabrication.
- Proficiency in design and planning, as well as familiarity with procurement processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to manage project delivery and site operations effectively.
- Prior experience in site management and a strong safety record is a must.
