Maximizing Nickel Recovery via Froth Flotation
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
I'm seeking an expert in flotation techniques, specifically in froth flotation or column flotation, to assist with the particle separation stage of processing Low grade ultramafic nickel sulfide (1500-3000 ppm Ni). Size of NiS mineralization is 5-30 micron and the waste is mainly serpentine and some talc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement froth flotation method during particle separation.
- Maximize recovery rate of nickel (mainly Millerite-NiS and partly Pentlandite) from the ore.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in froth flotation.
- Proven track record of maximizing recovery rates in previous projects.
- Experience working with ultramafic nickel sulfide is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills to optimize processing efficiency.
