About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized freelancer to become a long-term part of our team. This is a varied role combining digital marketing, content creation, customer communication, and administrative support.
You will work closely with the owner of a growing company and help drive sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
This is not just a social media position—we're looking for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping a business grow.
Responsibilities
Social Media
Plan and manage content calendars.
Create and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Design graphics and simple videos using Canva or similar tools.
Write engaging captions and marketing copy.
Monitor performance and suggest improvements.
Digital Advertising
Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Assist with Google Ads (experience is a plus).
Test creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
Analyze results and improve ROI.
Email Marketing
Create newsletters and promotional email campaigns.
Build automated email sequences.
Write high-converting email copy.
Customer Support & Sales
Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
Follow up with potential customers.
Help maintain excellent customer service.
Website & Content
Update products and content in Shopify.
Improve product descriptions.
Assist with SEO and landing pages.
Help keep the website updated and optimized.
AI & Productivity
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve efficiency.
Help automate repetitive tasks.
Suggest better workflows and productivity improvements.
Administrative Support
Help organize projects and priorities.
Assist with research and supplier communication.
Perform various business support tasks as needed.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent written and spoken English.
Is highly organized and dependable.
Can work independently and take initiative.
Has experience with social media marketing.
Is comfortable using Canva (or similar design tools).
Has experience with Meta Ads.
Has experience with Shopify (preferred).
Has experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp (preferred).
Is comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
Has strong attention to detail.
Is eager to learn and continuously improve.
Nice to Have
Google Ads experience.
Basic graphic design skills.
Basic video editing skills.
SEO knowledge.
Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Experience working with e-commerce businesses.
Hours
Flexible freelance position.
Approximately 10–30 hours per week initially, with the possibility of increasing to a long-term role.
