Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project/Production Manager to oversee production orders, quote requests, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products from our manufacturing partners in Zhongshan and nearby regions. Acting as our company’s on-ground representative, this individual will build strong relationships with manufacturers, monitor production schedules, and provide regular updates to the headquarters in India.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
o Collaborate with local manufacturers to manage production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
o Monitor product quality at all stages of production to ensure it meets company standards.
o Travel to secondary manufacturing facilities (~2 hours away) as required.
2. Vendor Communication and Coordination:
o Act as the primary liaison between our headquarters and local manufacturers.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with facility owners and key contacts.
3. Reporting and Updates:
o Provide detailed production reports, including progress, challenges, and quality assessments.
o Ensure availability for communication with the headquarters between 4–6 PM CST for real-time updates.
4. Logistics and Issue Resolution:
o Address any production-related concerns promptly and coordinate solutions with vendors and the headquarters team.
5. Quotations and Pricing:
o Facilitate accurate and timely quote requests from manufacturers.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in project or production management, preferably within manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality assurance standards.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Working Conditions:
• Working hours aligned with local manufacturing shifts (12-hour shifts possible).
• Ability to provide updates to headquarters during 4–6 PM CST.
• Travel: At least once weekly to secondary facilities, increasing during peak production.

Compensation:
• Annual salary: 10,000 to 20,000 RMB/year (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
• Additional travel allowances and benefits as applicable.
