HR Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am seeking an HR Manager to assist with recruitment and hiring tasks. I do not currently have a recruitment process in place and need help establishing one. We are looking to fill 4-7 positions.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process
