Management project

Project Planning: This section should provide details about the proposed project plan. The details should include analysis of WBS, project schedule, cost estimate, resource management, risk management plan . ability of using a planning software (e.g. MS project) to create a comprehensive project plan.
Project Execution: This section should demonstrate methods of project monitoring and evaluation. This includes listing project monitoring and information systems, project evolution methods, using earned value analysis, methods of project control, project studying and procedures for project closing.
