Manage my theatrical and musical projects

I'm looking for a project manager. I produce theater and music. I require an assistant to help me accomplish these goals.
Someone who is committed to the result.
Someone who understands what I am working to accomplish and will take the ideas and direction I give and make them real.
1. Head hunting, networking and managing teams are important.
2. Some marketing and sales.
3. Administrative duties, including bookings, scheduling and such.
My unique ability is in the creative sphere, and I'm looking for someone to help free me to keep that focus.
This is a part time job, between 4 and 8 hours a week. I look forward to hearing your proposals.
