Manage SMS Automation Developer

I need an experienced Project Manager who can take full ownership of an upcoming SMS-based automation build. Your first task will be to source and hire the right freelance developer, then guide the work from concept through launch.

Because the core of this project is SMS automation, I expect you to feel comfortable discussing message routing, webhook callbacks, and typical platforms such as Twilio or similar REST-style gateways. Strong technical expertise lets you translate my business goals into clear developer tickets, while solid communication skills keep every stakeholder on the same page.

Scope of your involvement
• Draft a concise project brief and candidate screening rubric
• Interview and select the developer on my behalf
• Define milestones, timelines, and quality checkpoints
• Oversee day-to-day progress, reviewing code or logic as needed
• Report back to me regularly and raise blockers early
• Validate the finished SMS workflow in a staging environment before we go live

Acceptance criteria
The automation must reliably send, receive, and log SMS messages according to predefined triggers; all code and documentation must be handed over in a clean, deployable state.
