We need project manager on the ground in Malta to steer several projects from concept to hand-over. Your remit starts in the planning and design phase, where you will coordinate closely with our architects and structural engineers, secure every permit and approval in line with Maltese regulatiions
Once project begins, I count on you to supervise daily site activity, keep subcontractors aligned with the programme, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. As we approach completion, you will organise and document the final inspections, drive any punch-list items to resolution, and compile the sign-off package so the properties are cleared for occupancy.
Weekly progress updates, cost-tracking summaries, and a concise close-out report will form the core deliverables. Strong knowledge of local building codes, fluent English communication, and proven residential experience in Malta are must-haves.
